We are looking for experienced IT Project/Program Managers to lead complex, enterprise-level software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple complex IT projects end-to-end, typically 2–3 projects simultaneously.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business and engineering functions.
• Drive project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.
• Manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports and presentations.
• Manage Agile delivery activities, including epics, features, work items, and testing.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and change management.
• Coordinate with distributed teams across the US, India, and Slovakia. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 years of direct IT project management experience in Agile software development environments.
• Strong experience managing projects from initiation through implementation.
• Proven experience leading multifunctional and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (preferred), Jira, and Confluence.
• Good understanding of application development, SDLC, front-end/back-end systems, web/mobile applications, integrations, and software testing.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred. Good to Have
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• PMP / Change Management certification
• Power BI experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt
• Enterprise or eCommerce project experience Important Candidate Requirements
• Looking for experienced Project/Program Managers, not candidates with only Scrum Master experience.
• Must have strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership experience.
• Candidates should be local to Chicago/Peoria or willing to relocate at their own expense and work onsite from Day 1.
• Must be comfortable transitioning to a 5-day onsite schedule if required.
• Stable employment history is preferred; frequent job changes or repeated tenures under one year may be a concern.
• Education details must include degree completion/graduation year. Interview Process
• 2 interview rounds
• Virtual/phone interviews
• Panel and/or hiring manager discussion
• Interviews expected to begin ASAP. Pay: $45/hr on W2

Location:
Chicago, IL / Peoria, IL Work Arrangement: Hybrid initially (must be willing to work onsite 5 days/week if required) Duration: 12 Months Openings: Multiple Interested candidates can share their updated resumes along with current location, availability, work authorization, and willingness to relocate/ work onsite.
