• Working with the team to improve campaign performance Who We're Looking For You don't need years of marketing experience. We’re open to graduates and people from customer service, hospitality, retail, events, sales and other people-focused backgrounds. W hat we do expect is confidence, professionalism, energy and the ability to take feedback. If you need to be chased to get things done, this isn't for you. If you're ambitious, learn quickly and want practical marketing experience rather than sitting on the sidelines watching, we should talk. Training & Development You'll receive hands-on training across marketing, customer acquisition, communication and campaign delivery. Strong performers can take on greater responsibility across campaign management, business development and leadership. Opportunity follows performance.
