• Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday (No nights/weekends)
• $65,000–$85,000 + Day 1 Benefits

Join Esperanza Health Center and help deliver whole-person care to underserved communities—integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
• What You’ll Do
• Provide brief therapy, assessments, and crisis support in a primary care setting
• Partner with medical providers on integrated treatment plans
• Support patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and more
• Lead individual and group interventions
• Connect patients to community resources and higher levels of care

• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psy.
