Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fab/Lab On-Call Technician to provide on-site technical support for lab/fab operations. The technician will respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment and IT-related issues, and support day-to-day lab activities as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site support for Fab/Lab operations on a rotational, on-call basis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, equipment, and connectivity issues.
• Perform equipment checks, setup, replacement, and basic maintenance.
• Respond to service tickets and on-site support requests.
• Coordinate with technical teams and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of service activities and completed tasks.
• Follow site safety and security procedures.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Fab/Lab, IT, Desktop Support, Field Support, or Data Center environments preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to on-call requests.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to work on a rotational/on-call schedule.
