Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the F&I process, including financing, lender relationships, product presentations, contracts, and funding.
• Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining compliance, transparency, and customer trust.
• Assist with structuring and closing sales transactions.
• Support sales team performance through coaching, guidance, and leadership.
• Collaborate with dealership management to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Help maintain an efficient, positive customer experience from sale through delivery. What We're Looking For
• Proven F&I experience in an RV or automotive dealership.
• Sales management experience or strong demonstrated sales leadership skills.
• Knowledge of dealership financing, lender programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• A results-driven mindset balanced with integrity and customer service.
