Sales Executive Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for leading by example and delivering outstanding customer experiences? We're looking for an Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team and support the delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands. In this role, you'll combine hands-on customer engagement with team leadership responsibilities. You'll work alongside a high-performing sales team, helping to drive customer acquisition, maintain exceptional service standards, and support the success of daily campaigns. • Hourly base pay (paid weekly)
• Uncapped commission opportunities
• Paid training

Key Responsibilities
• Lead by example through face-to-face customer engagement and brand representation.
• Support daily sales and marketing campaigns alongside the retail team.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and motivating new team members.
• Educate customers on products and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships while driving sales and customer acquisition.
• Contribute to team goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Partner with leadership to ensure successful campaign execution and team growth. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or face-to-face sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
