Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing & Performance Engineering professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in performance testing, performance analysis, and application tuning. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in HP NonStop systems, Mainframe technologies, and enterprise-scale performance engineering engagements. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance test strategies, identifying bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and working closely with development, infrastructure, middleware, and business teams to ensure system scalability, stability, and reliability. Responsibilities:
8+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering Strong experience with HP NonStop (Tandem) systems Strong experience working with Mainframe environments (COBOL, CICS, DB2, IMS, JCL) Hands-on expertise in LoadRunner / Performance Center Strong knowledge of workload modeling and performance test planning Expertise in Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability testing Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying system bottlenecks Strong SQL and database performance analysis skills Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as:
· Dynatrace
· Splunk
· AppDynamics
· SiteScope Strong understanding of application architecture, middleware, APIs, and backend systems Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
