Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Collaboration & Brand Strategy to join our G-III Sports & Lifestyle Division and help drive the development of product lines across our portfolio of brands. This role will serve as a critical link between Merchandising and Design, ensuring that seasonal product lines, brand collaborations, special projects, and other strategic product initiatives are developed completely, accurately, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. This individual will maintain visibility across multiple product development calendars, identify potential delays or gaps before they become problems, and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the product development calendar across multiple brands, seasons, collaborations, and product initiatives within the G-III Sports & Lifestyle Division
• Partner closely with Merchandising and Design to ensure required product lines are briefed, designed, reviewed, revised, and completed according to established timelines
• Coordinate and execute brand collaborations and strategic partnerships, ensuring creative direction, product objectives, key milestones, and deliverables are clearly communicated across teams
• Translate seasonal merchandising strategies, collaboration concepts, and product needs into clear development timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain a comprehensive view of active product development projects and provide teams and leadership with clear visibility into what is on track, at risk, or requires immediate action
• Lead regular cross-functional product development and collaboration meetings and follow up on outstanding action items, decisions, and deadlines
• Ensure Design has the necessary briefs, direction, priorities, and information from Merchandising to begin and complete projects on time
• Ensure Merchandising reviews and provides feedback and approvals within the timeframes required to keep development moving
• Identify potential bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, missing information, and resource constraints, and proactively partner with teams to resolve them
• Coordinate development timelines for seasonal lines, key account initiatives, special make-ups, brand collaborations, capsules, presentations, and other priority projects
• Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously while understanding the different priorities, calendars, positioning, and requirements associated with each
• Establish and maintain effective project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting that provide a clear view of development status
• Escalate significant timing risks or unresolved issues to divisional leadership when necessary
• Continuously evaluate the development process and recommend opportunities to improve speed, accountability, communication, and efficiency Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in project management, product development, merchandising, brand management, design operations, or a related role
• Experience within apparel, fashion, sports licensing, lifestyle brands, or consumer products strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of the apparel/product development lifecycle and seasonal calendar
• Experience working across multiple brands, collaborations, or strategic product initiatives preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across creative and commercial teams
• Ability to anticipate problems, identify dependencies, and proactively drive solutions
• Strong proficiency with project management and productivity tools, including experience developing calendars, trackers, dashboards, and status reporting
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
