We are founded on Italian family values and strive to save a place for everyone at our table. Faro Uccello, Founder of UHG, opened the first Uccello’s Ristorante in 1996. Since then, Uccello's has grown into 6 successful locations and has become a staple in the West Michigan community. We didn't want to stop there... In 2016, we launched our fast-casual concept, Herb & Fire Pizzeria, and have since opened a second location. With our continuous growth, we are looking for passionate, dedicated and experienced individuals who are interested in developing their Hospitality careers. Requirements The successful applicant will:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
• Be able to work in a fast paced restaurant environment
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
