We are seeking BC/BE Geriatricians to join a dedicated team providing exceptional senior care services.
Responsibilities Include
• Inpatient consultation and post-acute services such as Long-Term Care, CCRC, and Primary Care
• Participation in a Fellowship Training Program, fostering a collaborative teaching environment
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with Cardiology, Trauma, Orthopedics, Nursing, Pharmacy, Rehab, and Social Work
• Potential medical directorship at skilled nursing facilities
• Telephone call duties shared with other geriatricians Qualifications And Skills
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Geriatrics
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Interest in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives Key Duties
• Providing comprehensive senior patient care
• Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team
