• Coordinate cross-functional resources, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Oversee qualification, certification activities, and production support to meet program objectives.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, contractors, partners, and internal teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Resolve program issues through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications & Skills
• Strong leadership skills to direct engineering teams.
• Experience in managing complex engineering programs related to nacelles and engines.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of qualification, certification processes, and production support.
• Ability to manage technical risks and resolve issues efficiently.
