Contract Payout: Competitive, based on experience Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Labor Field Recruiter to work on a contract basis. The position is based on-site and focuses on sourcing and placing labor talent for field operations. This role supports the staffing functions of an AI‑powered job search and hiring platform.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Identify, source, and engage qualified labor candidates for field assignments. â€
¢ Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine fit for specific field roles. â€
¢ Coordinate with hiring managers and site supervisors to understand labor needs and job specifications. â€
¢ Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding logistics. â€
¢ Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Required Skills &
Qualifications:

¢ Proven experience in recruiting labor or field workers, with a track record of successful placements. â€
¢ Strong ability to evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and site conditions. â€
¢ Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders. â€
¢ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage pipelines efficiently. â€
¢ Ability to work independently in an on‑site environment while meeting contract deadlines.
