• HR assitance
• Weekly financial reporting
• Monthly financial reporting
• WIP report creation and management
• Job cost tracking
• Auditing company expenses to find cost saving solutons
• Monthly bank account reconciliations
• Subcontractor 1099 processing annually
• Manage subcontractor insurance
• Assist with approving project payment schedules and cost estimates prior to execution
• Have sound knowledge of QuickBooks and manage software functions
• Oversee job contract payment schedules and change orders to ensure they stay on budget
• Provide financial advice to the company owner on day to day and future purchases
• Provide sound financial advice on all financial matters We try to maintain a family type atmosphere here and we are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, and one who wants to do their job accurately and efficiently.
