About The Role
Zantech is seeking a versatile technology professional to contribute to the planning, delivery, and ongoing improvement of customer-focused solutions. In this role, you will work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to understand requirements, assess challenges, and help develop effective approaches. Depending on project needs and your experience, your work may involve systems, software, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technical operations, or related services. You will help move assignments from initial analysis through implementation and support, while maintaining a focus on quality, security, usability, and schedule. The successful candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You can explain technical concepts in a clear and professional manner, document decisions and work products, and adjust priorities as requirements evolve. Qualifications Candidates should have a relevant combination of education, training, and professional experience in information technology, engineering, computer science, business systems, or a related discipline. You will monitor assigned tasks, communicate progress and risks, and help ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and timelines. You will prepare and maintain clear documentation, including plans, procedures, status updates, technical records, and user guidance. You will work with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues, coordinate dependencies, and share relevant information. You will follow applicable security, privacy, safety, and compliance practices; protect sensitive information; and promptly raise concerns when requirements or risks change.
