The Life Enrichment Specialist role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing engaging activities and programs for residents, considering their abilities and interests. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service aligned with the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values, fostering a welcoming environment, and promoting radical hospitality. Qualifications include experience in healthcare or residential settings, preferably as a qualified Activity Professional or Therapeutic Recreational Therapist, with relevant licensure or certification. Must have or be eligible for a Fingerprint Clearance Card and be available to work Sunday through Thursday. Key skills include being energetic, organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to multi-task with a positive attitude. Additional requirements involve background checks, reference checks, TB testing, and drug screenings.
