• Assess, diagnose, and manage a full range of primary care health needs
• Provide preventive care, routine evaluations, and ongoing chronic disease management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
• Use Ambient AI technology to support clinical documentation and efficiency
• Optionally participate in teaching activities Qualifications / Skills
• MD or DO with appropriate licensure and board eligibility/certification in primary care
• Strong clinical judgment, patient communication, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based practice model
• Comfort with technology-enabled documentation workflows
