Key Responsibilities
• Process domestic and international wire transfers.
• Process ACH transactions, returns, stop payments, and exception items.
• Monitor operational controls and daily processing activities.
• Conduct wire and ACH research and investigations.
• Support OFAC, BSA, and fraud prevention procedures.
• Assist with audit and examination requests.
• Maintain operational reports and reconciliations.
• Support implementation of operational improvements.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to payment processing.
• Assist with training and cross-functional operational support. Qualifications
• 3-7 years of banking operations experience.
• Strong wire transfer and ACH processing background.
• Knowledge of payment regulations, NACHA rules, OFAC requirements, and operational controls.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred
• AAP Certification.
• Experience with FedNow and RTP.
• Community Bank or regional bank experience.
• Wire Operations, ACH Operations, or Payment Operations background.
