About the Role
Southampton Hot Tub is looking for a motivated, personable, and sales-driven Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be a floater role between our Exton and Wilmington showrooms, as well as select Costco roadshows and other events throughout the Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware region. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, is comfortable learning about premium products, and can confidently guide customers through a longer sales process. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build relationships with customers while becoming an expert in hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and related backyard products. Showroom Sales
• Welcome customers and create a comfortable, informative showroom experience
• Learn about each customer's needs, backyard space, preferences, and budget
• Educate customers on hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, covers, and water care
• Conduct product demonstrations and wet tests
• Present models, features, pricing, financing, and available promotions
• Prepare quotes and follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
• Build lasting customer relationships from the initial visit through delivery Multi-Location Support
• Work between our Exton, PA and Wilmington, PA showrooms based on business needs
• Maintain familiarity with the inventory, products, promotions, and customer opportunities at both locations
• Support showroom coverage during busy periods, weekends, vacations, and special events
• Communicate effectively with the sales team across both locations Costco & Event Sales
• Represent Southampton Hot Tub at Costco roadshows and other regional events
• Engage with shoppers and generate interest in our products
• Qualify leads and schedule showroom appointments
• Present products in a professional and approachable manner
• Follow up with leads generated through events
• Travel throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware as needed Customer & Sales Follow-Up
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Maintain organized notes and customer information within our sales/POS system
• Follow up consistently with active prospects
• Reconnect with previous customers and leads when appropriate
• Work toward individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting products
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer opportunities at once
• Comfortable working weekends and a variable retail schedule
• Willingness to travel between showroom locations and regional events
• Ability to learn and confidently explain product features and differences

• Exton, PA showroom
• Wilmington, PA showroom
• Costco roadshows throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Weekend availability is required, particularly during peak sales periods and Costco events.
