Members leverage expertise in software development, AI integration, and platform design to build reliable, efficient systems aligned with business goals. What You'll Do
• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and feedback integration. What You'll Bring
• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities, including CI/CD deployment, observability, and maintenance.
• Skilled in DevOps engineering practices to enhance platform capabilities and developer productivity.
• Experience applying data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes and outcomes.
• Ability to conduct thorough design reviews and remedial actions to uphold engineering excellence. At Walmart,
