Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction of licensed professionals, maintaining accountability for patient care and confidentiality.
Position Details
Offers sign-on bonuses for graduate nurses and experienced LPNs, with PTO frontload for full-time experienced LPNs.
Unit: 6D Neuro Trauma Intermediate PCU, a 16-bed monitored unit providing high-acuity care to critically ill post-operative, trauma, and stroke patients. Therapies include drain management, vasopressors, oxygen systems, and insulin drips. Opportunities for cross-training and career advancement into ICU are available.
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients, with the capacity to handle up to 50 pounds.
• Open to both new and experienced LPNs.
