Hybrid across Delaware client site, Malvern, PA, and remote Entech is seeking a Senior IT Management Consultant to help a leading financial institution transform software delivery through AI and low-code platforms. You’ll assess current practices, identify opportunities to improve delivery speed and cost, and develop a practical transformation roadmap. What You’ll Do
• Assess SDLC processes, platform architecture, team roles, and governance.
• Build cost-per-feature and ROI models to quantify improvement opportunities.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and a future-state delivery model.
• Present recommendations and a phased roadmap to senior leadership. What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years delivering enterprise applications on Appian or comparable platforms such as Pega, OutSystems, Power Apps, Mendix, or ServiceNow.
• Proven experience leading SDLC assessments and transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding and delivery tools.
• Strong financial modeling, stakeholder facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Financial services or comparable regulated-industry experience. Appian expertise is preferred, but not required. Strong experience with a comparable low-code platform and the ability to learn Appian quickly are equally valued.
