At Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy, we're looking for a Occupational Therapist to join our Homecare outpatient team — and we're looking for someone who wants more than simply moving from patient to patient all day. Patients aren't numbers. Therapists aren't numbers. And we don't believe great patient care should be sacrificed just to squeeze another visit onto the schedule. Come to Work and Actually Practice Occupational Therapy We want our therapists to have the opportunity to listen to their patients, think clinically, develop individualized treatment plans, and build relationships with the people they're treating. That doesn't mean we don't have expectations. We do. We're a growing organization, and accountability matters. Grow Your Skills, Not Just Your Schedule Whether you're a new graduate or have years of experience, your career should continue moving forward. As a Homecare Occupational Therapist, you will be working 1:1 with patients for an hour at a time, building your own schedule, building your own plans of care, building your own relationships. Full Time Homecare therapists are expected to treat 31 patients per week, or roughly 6 per day, in a territory close to home, allowing you to spend maximum time with your patients in your local community, while also managing work-life-balance. We're looking for clinicians who want to ask questions, learn, develop areas of expertise, and take ownership of their careers. Over time, that can mean opportunities to:
