Operations Coordinator (Execution, Coordination & Workflow Support) Position Overview The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination of operational activities across the organization. This role ensures that tasks are tracked, communication is clear, and workflows remain organized. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining structure, supporting execution, and ensuring that operational processes are followed. Operating at the intersection of coordination, organization, and execution support, this role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
• Experience working with project or task management tools
• Experience in remote or distributed environments
