About The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Signage Designer and Production Specialist to join our dynamic team at Image 360 Arlington. This in-person position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess strong design skills combined with hands-on experience in sign production and installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling signage designs, managing the production process, and assisting with installation projects. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly switch between creative and technical tasks. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that client projects are completed on time, accurately, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their vision, designing signage using industry-standard software, operating printing and cutting equipment, assembling signs, and installing graphics where needed. The role offers a balanced mix of creative design, technical production, and physical installation, making it ideal for someone passionate about all aspects of signage creation.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in signage design and production, with a minimum of two years of experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with RIP software such as Onyx Thrive or its equivalents is essential, with at least one year of hands-on use. A college degree or an associate's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant work experience. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are crucial for meeting tight deadlines. The candidate must have excellent spelling, grammar, and math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure accurately. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. The candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision, and committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Responsibilities
• Design signage for clients promptly, typically allocating 15 minutes for simple signs and more time for complex projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, ensuring designs are practical, realistic, and aligned with their branding goals.
• Review all designs for accuracy, including sizing, grammar, and spelling, before proceeding to production.
• Operate printing and cutting equipment, such as printers, laminators, and laser engravers, to produce signage components.
• Assemble signs by weeding, taping, and applying graphics using the Cut Work Table and other tools.
• Assist with the installation of various graphics, including window, vehicle, wall, and dimensional signs, ensuring proper adherence and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Support team members with production tasks and contribute to continuous process improvements. Benefits
