- Williamsport, PA, Position Type: 2 PROFESSIONAL, Education Level: 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Full Time, Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this position is charged with determining the optimal ways to visually represent Brodart's identity to include the development of high-level concepts for design projects by working with internal and external clients to understand their needs and objectives, develop concepts and designs using internal resources. Design projects from concept through completion to include responsibility for all creative sessions for project kickoffs. Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance Brodart's brand strategy. Generate multiple concepts for pitching, proposals, campaigns or projects working with other stakeholders and members of the marketing team to develop concepts and present to management. Ensure quality control over concepts and projects. Create and maintain digital catalogs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience or combination of education/experience and at least four years experience working with large-scale web sites, e-marketing and online advertising. Demonstrated experience with design software to include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe AfterEffects, Canva,Issuu and video editing (a plus) with a working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS required. Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design, as well as industry best practices. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and limitations of the Web. A strong working knowledge or experience in design, brand development, interactive commerce, and the creative process. Capable of working with Print and Web designs to facilitate integrated campaigns. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to undertake projects with passion, integrity, and energy. Normal office environment, close and distant vision, using hands and fingers to handle and feel, talk and hear, sitting, lifting up to 10 lbs. frequently. Standing and walking, lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
