Be part of an extraordinary life Amavida is recruiting for a hospitality focused Full Time Driver to join our team This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required. The schedule for this position is as follows: Sunday 7am
- 1pm Monday 7:30am
- 3pm Tuesday
- Thursday 7:30am -3:30pm Off Friday and Saturday Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver: Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. Assist Director of Life Enrichment, Life Enrichment Manager or Life Enrichment Coordinators in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. Clean and wash vehicle. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or GED required Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required CDL C license preferred but not required Rate of Pay: $18.00/hour
