What You'll Do
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community
• Troubleshoot and complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and general repair work
• Ensure apartment homes are move-in ready and maintained to company standards
• Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and urgency
• Coordinate and prioritize work orders while maintaining excellent customer service
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and property inspections
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
• Support the overall appearance, safety, and success of the community What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, or a related field
• EPA/HVAC Certification required
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Availability for on-call responsibilities, after-hours emergencies, and weekend work
