Minimum
qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
• 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
• 5 years of experience in vendor management, global operations management or program management within, high-volume service delivery environments. Preferred
qualifications:
• MBA or Master's degree in a related field or CSCMP certification.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or PMP certification, with demonstrated success in business process re-engineering, quality management frameworks or capacity modeling.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, risk management, or high-volume customer support operations.
• Strong experience in data analytics, capacity modeling, and leveraging data to solve complex operational tests.
• Deep expertise in capacity planning, OpEx budget management, and vendor contract performance governance.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional leadership (e.g., Legal, Engineering, Product). You will be responsible for process improvement recommendations, change management, standardization of user documentation, creating processes that drive action and interacting with all partner teams. You will lead new project initiatives for the Americas server operations logistics with a duration of three months to two years, create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), work with key stakeholders, drive innovation, understand operational impacts and create presentations/documents for the leadership team. Responsibilities:
• Manage daily logistics operations, material flow, and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse/data center vendors, including overseeing budgets, invoices, and capital improvements.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and vendor scorecards to ensure business continuity and build business cases for process and logistics improvements.
• Design and execute comprehensive forward and reverse logistics strategies aligned with the organization's long-term business goals.
• Drive technology-driven automation, reduce MTTR, optimize capacity, and eliminate obstacles in material flow to lower operational costs.
• Partner with internal Google teams, carriers, and external vendors to align priorities, reduce delivery cycle times, and scale operations efficiently (requires 25% travel).
