- We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team and assist with general maintenance and repairs at the mall. Shifts available: Saturday and Sunday 8:00pm to 6:00pm Job Duties:
• Responsible for performing general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the mall.
• Routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standard
• Perform routine maintenance around building
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe and well maintained.
• Perform other assigned duties to support operations.
Requirements:
• 1or more plus years related experience
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to multi-task
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
