Qualifications:
• must be self-motivated, driven, and able to take direction and work as an individual or with a team depending on projects.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must have reliable transportation, availability to be at work during inclement weather .
• Experience in equipment operation, irrigation and a valid Washington driver’s license.
• Minimum requirement of 1 year grounds experience necessary
• Knowledge of horticulture preferred Must be able to pass background check and drug testing
