We are seeking a Print Designer to work with our product design team on a freelance/project basis. You will partner with the design team to develop prints that fit both the Dagne brand and seasonal concepts.
The Role:
• Create original prints, patterns and artwork for fabrics used across Dagne bags and accessories
• Create seamless, repeat patterns and ensure all artwork is technically prepared for fabric printing and production.
• Develop final production-ready files.
• Collaborate closely with the design teams to ensure prints complement silhouettes, materials, and overall product design. You:
• You have 3–5 years minimum of print design experience in fashion, accessories, textiles, or a related field.
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing original prints, repeat patterns, color development, and artwork created for physical products.
• You have a strong understanding of textile printing techniques, repeat construction, and preparing artwork for production.
• Work in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• You work independently while collaborating closely with a team to bring creative ideas to life. The expected starting hourly range is $50
- $70/hr. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs. Founded in 2013, Dagne Dover is a digitally native, women-owned brand that designs problem-solving bags for all aspects of life. At its core, our company is aimed at making lives easier through empathy and good design. We love people, and we love making people happy. Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging are important to us, as a diverse team ourselves. We’ve created a community where everyone’s uniqueness is celebrated, respected, and honored.
