Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, and supporting the recovery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient health status, including vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 12 months of recent RN experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Work Schedule
This position requires the ability to work 8-hour evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, including every other weekend and possible holiday shifts as needed by the client.
Orientation and Training
Orientation will occur during the first couple of hours of your initial shift.
