Pay :
1. $70/hr on W2 and 85 on IC C2C for C13 (8+ years)
2. $65 on w2 and $75 on IC C2C for C12 (6-7 Years )

Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer – Full Stack (Java, Angular) – Mid (C12) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack application design and development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and related tooling and a proven ability to deliver scalable features, resolve complex production issues, and drive systems enhancements aligned to architecture standards.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions that meet business goals and enable new products and process improvements.
• Evaluate complex business and system processes to resolve high-impact problems and projects.
• Ensure application design aligns with architecture blueprints and best practices.
• Establish and follow standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop understanding of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business outcomes.
• Define issues with interpretive thinking and propose innovative, risk-aware solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
• Assess risk and uphold compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies while escalating and reporting control issues with transparency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in applications development or systems analysis with successful project delivery.
• Back end: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Design and deployment: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Front end: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Webpack.
• Source control: Git/Bitbucket.
• Databases: Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers; MongoDB desired.
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, Cucumber, Jasmine or Mocha.
• Performance tuning and diagnostics using tools such as JProfiler or AppDynamics.
• Experience conducting effective code and design reviews.
• Experience with Agile methods and JIRA; ability to produce architecture and design artifacts including flowcharts and sequence diagrams.
• Clear written and verbal communication with demonstrated leadership and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with React.
• Experience with MongoDB.
