Marketing Admin:
- Support contract process: legal review, contracts signing, liquidation, payment
- Support PR/PO process: vendor creation, item code creation, PR creation, PO post receipt
- Process Free-of-charge sales orders for all marketing activities
- Assist with APAC regional admin task such as multi country presentations and data reports and files organization
- Gather and analyze industry and market data for monthly report and for NPD projects
- Prepare data-driven recommendations and assist data-driven decisions for different sales and marketing channels
- Support brand marketing activities where needed, including consumer promotion, marketing materials production, product portfolio management and NPDs
- Support digital marketing where needed, including social media, social outreach and website management
- Support in product and price listing process
Job Requirements
Education:
- Is pursuing or Graduate in Marketing, Business Management or similar relevant field
- Prior internship experience is a plus
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to use video editing tools is an advantage
- Able to communicate well in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
