Store Manager – Round Table Pizza
We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who takes pride in running a strong operation, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven leader who understands restaurant operations, controls costs, and builds a positive, accountable team culture.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure brand standards are met
Manage labor, food costs, and inventory
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
Maintain excellent food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
Analyze sales performance and drive profitability
Execute marketing initiatives and community outreach
Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a restaurant environment
Strong understanding of food and labor cost control
Ability to read and interpret P&L statements
Strong communication and coaching skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Results-driven mindset with high accountability
Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate coachability, responsibility, and a desire to grow.
