Healthcare Staff
We are seeking dedicated healthcare staff to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to engage directly with residents in a supportive and caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals and participate in dining experiences with residents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure resident needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Assist residents with daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Work Schedule
This role offers flexibility with the possibility of 12-hour shifts. Staff will not be required to clock out for meal breaks, as they will eat with the residents.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate nature and dedication to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
