Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating key Member Services functions, including capital credit processing, member and program records, departmental processes and procedures, department reporting, meeting room coordination, community engagement, OTEC Member Foundation programs, and event logistics.
Qualifications
• Three years of job-related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Self-motivated/takes initiative
• Experience in customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to analyze moderately complex concepts/problems and provides resolution.
• Must be able to obtain Notary Public designation

Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain capital credits database and process estate applications. Research returned capital credit correspondence and checks to locate and update addresses. Respond to incoming capital credit correspondence and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions regarding capital credits and debt recovery.
• Develop and maintain processes, forms, and procedures for OTEC’s Member Services programs and services.
• Assist with tracking and ongoing reporting for the Member Services department’s strategic initiatives, goals, budgets, and performance.
• Assist with the development, documentation and distribution of department correspondence and manuals.
• Prepare regulatory reports and maintain files.
• Oversee and organize the use of OTEC’s meeting room(s).
• Assist with OTEC’s Member Foundation and community engagement activities.
• Assist in administering charitable contribution and work in kind program(s).
• Assist with the coordinating logistics for OTEC events, including setup, staffing, and supply management.
• Gather and maintain contact lists for community partners and event stakeholders.
• Represent OTEC professionally and positively at all community events.
• Participation in cooperative strategy and initiatives as it relates to Member services.
• Department notary for member loans and contracts.
This is a full-time position. This position requires that the employee be available for work outside the normal daily work period. Travel may be required within the OTEC service territory during the business day and infrequently overnight. Occasional out of the area travel is expected to attend various activities such as meetings, training, and other events.
