Location: Philadelphia, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | 4-Day Workweek
About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a supportive dental team in Philadelphia. With a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, competitive pay, and every Friday off, this position offers an excellent combination of professional stability and work-life balance.
Position Offers:
- Competitive pay: $53.00–$55.00 per hour DOE
- 4-day workweek with every Friday off
- Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Key Duties:
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive treatments
- Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal evaluations, and preventive screenings
- Take and process dental radiographs in accordance with Pennsylvania requirements
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and maintaining long-term oral health
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Follow sterilization, infection prevention, and patient safety standards
- Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
- Create a professional, welcoming, and comfortable experience for every patient
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical dental hygiene experience
- Radiography certification in accordance with Pennsylvania requirements
- Strong knowledge of preventive dental care and infection control practices
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative dental team
