š§ ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Express Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and basic automotive services while maintaining Steven Hondaās standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services, and other routine maintenance.
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify recommended services.
- Complete maintenance and repair work accurately and efficiently.
- Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to the appropriate service team.
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
š° COMPENSATION
$50K+ ANNUALLY
Starting earning potential of $50,000+ per year, based on experience, productivity, performance, and skill level.
ā” PRODUCTION BONUS
ALL MAIN SHOP TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A PRODUCTION BONUS.
Production bonuses are paid at time-and-a-half (1.5X) the technicianās applicable flat-rate pay based on productivity.
