Our Tanker Driver Requirements:
- Tank and Hazmat endorsements
- At least 6 months of tanker experience within the past 3 years
- One year of Class A driving experience
- A TWIC card is recommended but not mandatory
Sherman Bros / Team Transport also offers a lease purchase program, contingent upon performance and equipment availability. We also collaborate with owner-operators.
Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off (PTO). Medical benefits begin on the first day of the month following employment.
As a family-owned company, we prioritize treating all drivers with respect and support. Most of our fleet consists of manual transmissions. Orientation and training are paid for to all new company drivers.
