Develops scope of work for design and construction of multiple projects. Coordinates with designers of every discipline to assure compliance with project objectives. Generates preliminary, intermediate, and final design stage budgets. Ensures quality of work in progress and at completion. Interprets, recommends, and complies with engineering regulations and company policies. Adheres to the direction of their supervisor. Provides information or reports when necessary. Identifies the needs and work within the existing structures to complete task in a timely manner. Develops and oversees subcontractor engineering project. Responsible for planning and developing base facility projects at MILCON and Special Project levels.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of related experience or equivalent. Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, planning or related technical field from a full accredited college or university. Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs and estimating software. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to adhere to direction of Supervisor and provides information and reports when necessary. Must be able to develop and oversee subcontractor engineering projects. Must be able to write clear, concise, grammatically correct technical documents.
Desired:
AIA or P.E. certification. Project Management experience. AutoCAD and/or GIS experience.
