Work Location and Shift:
- Work 100% remotely with the ability to occasionally transition to an office setting if needed for business continuity
- Address: 205 W 39th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10018
- Hours: 5 days per week, 4 hours per day (flex to work an additional hour when needed)
- Shift: 9AM - 1PM
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Acute attention to detail,
- Ability to work in various platforms (layout approval software) and media (both printed and digital).
- Previous experience proofing
- Ability to determine that the copy matches brand's source documents (We work with Canadian French and Simplified Chinese)
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized
- Clear communicator.
- Must be able to work cross-functionality and is deadline driven
