EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate ESL/ELL Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting English Language Learners, providing high-quality language instruction, and creating an engaging classroom environment that helps students build confidence and achieve academic success.

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Provide English language instruction to multilingual learners/English Language Learners (ELLs).
• Assess students' English proficiency levels and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support student learning.
• Differentiate instruction based on students' language proficiency levels.
• Maintain student records, progress reports, and assessment data.
• Participate in IEP, 504, or student support meetings when needed.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

• TESOL, ESL, EL, or ELL endorsement/certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of language acquisition strategies.
• Experience teaching English Language Learners (ELLs).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work with culturally and linguistically diverse students.
