Seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer with hands-on expertise in LLM-based systems and intelligent agents. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to build next-generation AI systems that utilize large-scale generative models for automated knowledge workflows, content generation, and enterprise-wide productivity tools.
• Implement and fine-tune LLMs using open-source and proprietary frameworks.
• Develop prompt templates and dynamic retrieval pipelines using LangChain or CrewAI.
• Optimize model performance for latency, cost, and quality using distillation and quantization methods.
• Use RAG techniques and knowledge bases to power contextual generation.
• Collaborate on model evaluation frameworks for accuracy, toxicity, bias, and factuality.
• Minimum 6 years in ML, with 2+ in Generative AI/LLMs.
• Experience with GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, or open-source models like LLaMA2, Mixtral.
• Fluency in Python and familiarity with APIs, embeddings, vector DBs (e.g., Chroma, Weaviate).
• Experience with model deployment in production (Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace Hub, etc.).
