Woodland Dental Group is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team with a competitive pay of 24/hr. As a leader in the dental industry, our practice is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and maintaining the highest level of accuracy and efficiency in our administrative processes. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patient records are up-to-date and accurate, allowing our team to provide the best possible care.
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at Woodland Dental Group, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately entering patient information into our electronic records system
Updating and maintaining patient records with any changes or additional information
Organizing and filing electronic records for easy retrieval
Collaborating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Following all HIPAA guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality
Participating in training and educational opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Relevant experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus, but not required
