- Stability: Full-time, on-site position (4 Libella Court).
- Technical Layout: Design water-based fire protection systems using industry-standard software.
- Hydraulic Analysis: Perform calculations and coordinate pipe sizing with accuracy.
- Plan Review: Analyze architectural and structural drawings to ensure conflict-free installations.
- On-Site Strategy: Work alongside project managers and field crews to solve site-specific challenges.
- Submittal Management: Prepare documentation packages for AHJ review and approval.
- Bilingual Communication: Effectively bridge the gap between English and Spanish-speaking teams.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on fire sprinkler layout/design experience.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Experience with Revit and AutoSprink is highly preferred.
- Language: English
- Soft Skills: Self-driven, problem-solver, and a collaborative mindset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering is a plus.
- NICET Level I, II, or III certification in Water-Based Systems Layout.
- Experience with BIM coordination.
