What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Centro GVL Eatery, ensuring every guest feels at home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering food and beverages to tables with care and attention to detail.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and professionalism to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent service.
- The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
