Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to inform decision-making processes.

  • Monitor and manage financial performance, providing insights to executive management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance and related legal disciplines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex legal frameworks and deliver clear guidance.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 9 years of relevant experience in corporate finance.
  • Previous law firm or in-house legal experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in high-stakes financial transactions and negotiations.
