What You’ll Do
As a Live Chat Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and a friendly tone.
- Providing detailed information about our services, including home building, remodeling, roofing, and more.
- Assisting potential clients in navigating our offerings and answering any questions they may have.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Is comfortable multitasking and managing multiple conversations at once.
- Can provide a warm, customer-focused experience while representing our values of quality craftsmanship and responsive service.
- Is eager to learn about the residential construction and remodeling industry.
- No prior experience is required just a positive attitude and a willingness to grow with us
