- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday

- Family Nurse Practitioner will be providing both holistic and systemic care to patients of all ages
- Family Nurse Practitioner will primarily be responsible for primary care management and clinical nursing responsibilities
- Must have at least 3 years of primary care experience
- Must be a licensed Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of VT or eligible to obtain
